Iran’s Parliament speaker:

Nations outsourcing their security destined to fail

Mohammad-Baqer Qalibaf, Iran’s Parliament speaker, says countries that depend on others for their security and development will encounter failure.

Mohammad-Baqer Qalibaf, Iran’s Parliament speaker, says countries that outsource their security and development to others are doomed to fail.

Relying on external powers, especially imperialists, leads to inevitable defeat, said Qalibaf at an open parliamentary session in Tehran on Sunday.

Today, the true nature of tyrants has been revealed in the world, Iran’s Parliament Speaker said.

Describing the Islamic Revolution as a rational uprising that liberated the Iranian nation from dependence on unreliable powers, Qalibaf said that the arrogant powers exploit their allies with false promises to advance sinister goals, only to discard them later.

While resisting oppressors may be difficult or costly, aligning with them is ultimately fatal, Qalibaf said.
