Iran Judiciary: US, Israel angered by assassinated scientist's achievements

Iran’s Judiciary Chief Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi strongly condemned the assassination of Iranian nuclear scientist in a Friday terrorist attack near Tehran, and said that martyr Mohsen Fakhrizadeh's achievements had made the Washington and Tel Aviv regimes furious.
"US and Zionists believe that science and technology should be monopolized, but Martyr Fakhrizadeh was one of the people who opposed their belief," the top Iranian official said.
Iran's judiciary chief, however, underlined that Iran's scientific movement will not be stopped by assassinating the country's top scientists.
Fakhrizadeh's car was targeted by an explosion and machinegun fire in Damavand's Absard 40 kilometers to the East of Tehran on Friday.
